the tables with blanks in the name have stopped working today for no apparent reason.
pah recognizes them in the list but doesnt display stats and even after closing them they stay in the list.
are there any solutions for this? i can provide a log if required. |

Yes, please send me a log file via the PokerAce Support System. If I cant get it resolved it will at least help us in resolving the issue in a future beta release.

After updating from 1.19.3 to newest beta im suffering from huge performance issues with pahud and ladbrokes. Stats are really slow to pop up (before it took seconds to open all stats on 10tables, now its 1table at a time and it takes few mins)
Theres also a issue, dont know if its pt or pahuds fault but something is corrupting the prima import file from time to time, so its importing 0 hands, pahud makes an error when this happens. "Failure to access prima hand history database" or something like that. Theres also a bug on table name "One stop" (2/4Nl cash table) often on this table theres double layer of stats. |

There should be no changes between v1.19.3 and v1.19.4 which would affect Prima's performance. The only change we made was with the method we are talking to the database cache.
Enable logging, open Ladbrokes, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the PokerAce Support system so that I can troubleshoot your issue.

| I figured out the problem myself, the performance issue was connected to me making a new database at new year. When I use this db and last year db together it starts to run really slow. So i just removed old db for pahud and now its updating fast again. |

It's actually weird. All my issues are intermintant. Sometimes when I open it up the error message appears, but if I restart a few times eventually it will be ok. Sometimes I can be playing and it will randomly appear and I do above. Other times it will never happen
Same as popup stats. They don't work usually but occasionally they will work seemingly at random but I make a log file and hope it shows up |
