I just downloaded and registered PA HUD, but for some reason it wont open.
I double click the PokerAce HUD icon on my desktop and nothing happens.
If I look in the TaskManager I see the PAHUD.exe process appear for a second then it disappears.
I have tried v1.18 and 1.19.4 Beta and both do the same.
Any ideas? |

What version of Windows are you running? It sounds like you may have "Data Execution Prevention" (DEP) enabled which is blocking PAHud.exe from running.
These instructions are for Microsoft Vista as that what I am using. These steps will more than likely be very different on WinXP.
Go Start->Control Panel->System & Maintenance->System->Advanced system settings (left side). Click "Settings" under Performance. Go to the "Data Execution Prevention" tab.
If "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" is enabled, click "Add" and browse to and select "PAHud.exe". Apply->OK.
Now launch PokerAce Hud and see if it starts...
